Oonops Drops, Vol. 3 LP

Oonops has been digging since he launched his mixtape radio show on Brooklyn Radio back in 2013, and this third volume for Agogo Records marks the show's 200th episode by emptying out the crates: Japanese jazz next to rare groove, samba funk against reggae and Brazilian styles, pulled from years of trading with collaborators. Half of what's here barely existed on wax before now, stuff that used to live only as a digital file or a needle-in-a-haystack pressing nobody could find.
