Mzansi Bass LP

Mzansi Bass lives in the gaps, between 3-step, gqom, and the darker edge of amapiano, curated by London producer Shannen SP for the Colombian label Tra Tra Trax. Gqom pioneer DJ Lag turns up with "NOPS," alongside Jay Music, Deep Narratives, and State OFF, pulled from Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, and beyond. Shannen SP calls the sound physical and trance-inducing, built for a dancefloor rather than headphones.
