Ava Mendoza runs this band and does not let the noise-rock chassis sit still, veering into jazz angles one minute and metal wreckage the next. Colin Marston mastered it for Sleeping Giant Glossolalia, which tells you someone wanted the dissonance to hit clean. Mendoza built it around aliens, border walls, and who gets let in, filtered through alter egos rather than anything resembling a straight statement.
