Gravest Gravy LP

Alex Chilton produced two independent singles for The Cramps at Ardent Studios in Memphis back in 1977, before the band's psychobilly sound had fully locked in. Gravest Gravy pulls twelve tracks from around that period, running from garage originals like "Domino" to rockabilly covers such as "Twist & Shout" and "Rockin' Bones." It shares lineage with 1979's Gravest Hits but stands as its own release.
