Drumming; Music for Mallet Instruments, Voices, and Organ; Six Pianos 3LP

Three of Steve Reich's core minimalist works, Drumming, Six Pianos, and Music for Mallet Instruments, Voices and Organ, came packaged together on Deutsche Grammophon in 1974, performed start to finish by Steve Reich and Musicians. This edition brings it back as a numbered Original Source release, limited to 2,500 copies and remastered all-analogue straight from the original four-track tapes by Emil Berliner Studios, packaged with a 32-page booklet. Across all three works the patterns lock together and slide out of phase, percussion, mallets, and voice pushing against each other until the whole thing hums.
