KennyV LP

KennyV is Serengeti still mining the Kenny Dennis character, the mustachioed, blue-collar Chicago alter ego he's built a small universe of albums and side stories around, which raises the question of how many more LPs one fictional guy in a tracksuit can support. Messiah Musik and Steel Tipped Dove handle production, the same crew that's shadowed this saga from the start. It lands on Backwoodz Studioz, billy woods's label for narrative hip-hop that doesn't play by pop rules, now distributed through Rhymesayers Entertainment, a partnership that puts weird, dense rap in front of a much bigger audience.
