Sales run on hush: Lauren Morgan and Jordan Shih built this Orlando duo around whispered vocals, a thin guitar line and a drum machine ticking like a kitchen timer nobody bothered to reset. Early singles "Renee" and "Chinese New Year" sat untouched for years before TikTok found them and set them off long after the fact. Forever & Ever, the duo's second album, came out with no label attached, and Pitchfork called it "a world of cozy, minimalist pop."
