Nine LP

Russian Circles is the Chicago trio of Mike Sullivan, Brian Cook, and Dave Turncrantz, making instrumental post-metal for Sargent House since 2011. Engineer Kurt Ballou of Converge has shaped their recent run, including Guidance, Blood Year, and Gnosis, and Nine keeps that same heavy, cinematic build on tracks like "Borehole" and closer "Seventh Seal." No vocals, just three players working long form.
