All Through A Life 7"

Rites of Spring burned through Washington, D.C. in just two years, from 1984 to 1986, with Guy Picciotto, Eddie Janney, Michael Fellows, and Brendan Canty cutting this record for Dischord. They played only around fifteen shows total, but the band pushed back hard against the macho posturing that ran through hardcore punk, helping drive the 1985 "Revolution Summer" that reshaped the whole DC scene. Picciotto and Canty carried that momentum straight into Fugazi.
