Christ's Reality Asylum a catharsis LP

Penny Rimbaud, drummer and co-founder of the anarcho-punk band Crass, made this spoken-word piece, Christ's Reality Asylum, a Catharsis, for One Little Independent Records. He wrote the original text in 1977, and part of it became "Reality Asylum" on Crass's debut, The Feeding of the Five Thousand, a track that drew blasphemy charges against the band. He recorded this full version in 1991 with backing voices and noise layered in, and in 2019 fellow Crass member Eve Libertine added her own voice to it.
