Oh He Dead cut a hundred-plus songs down to size by committee vote, which is either democracy or slow torture depending who you ask in the room. The D.C. band welds R&B, indie rock, psych, and disco together, and drew wide notice when a Tiny Desk Contest submission went viral in 2018. Vertigo follows three earlier full-lengths, a self-titled debut, Pretty in 2023, and Ugly in 2024, produced by Jimmy Mansfield, who's also worked with Medium Build, Eric Church, and Orville Peck.
