Nessa Barrett came up making videos before Warner Records signed her, and the singles did the rest: 'I Hope Ur Miserable Until Ur Dead' hit the Hot 100, and Young Forever and Aftercare both landed on the Billboard 200. She works pop-rock and dark pop closer to Arctic Monkeys and Lana Del Rey than anything built for a scrolling feed. Tough Love runs twelve tracks, pressed here on cherry venom vinyl.
