Lucki - s*x m*ney dr*gs LP

For Empire, Lucki pushes his blurred-out, melodic trap sound into noticeably darker territory on S*x M*ney Dr*gs, which peaked at No. 15 on the Billboard 200 across its fifteen tracks. The writing circles quick money, bad relationships and the comedown that follows both, and true to the rest of his catalog, the record favors mood and repetition over anything resembling a hook. That's been the throughline since his earliest mixtapes, and nothing here breaks from it, it just digs in further.
