Unwelcome Guest CD

Breakdowns grind like gears catching on Unwelcome Guest, the record that moves Left to Suffer onto Hopeless Records. The Atlanta band, formed in 2019 around vocalist Taylor Barber, built its name on earlier albums Feral and Leap of Death and constant touring with Carnifex, Chelsea Grin, and Distant, folding nu-metal groove into otherwise brutal, breakdown-heavy songwriting the band calls nu-deathcore. Alan Grnja of Distant guests on “Wrong Number,” pulling from the same touring circuit that raised the band.
