Uncle LP

Benjamin Friars-Funkhouser came out of Seattle punk and DIY before helping build emo rap from the production chair, swapping samples for live guitar. He cut "Goth Angel Sinner" for Lil Peep and has his own run of records, Wildfire, Camouflage, Fruiting Body, and Frog Song, through GothBoiClique and K Records. Uncle leans brighter and more rock-centered than the rap work before it. The rawness hasn't gone anywhere.
