Elis & Tom LP

Philips gave Elis Regina sixteen days at MGM Studios in Los Angeles in 1974 and Antonio Carlos Jobim to spend them with, a tenth-anniversary gift she'd been angling for years to get. Cesar Camargo Mariano, Oscar Castro-Neves, and Helio Delmiro played it, Bill Hitchcock scored the strings around them. The Latin Grammy Hall of Fame took it in by 2007. Some records earn the wall space.
