In The Shadow Of Your Shadow 2LP

In the Shadow of Your Shadow is the tenth studio album from Cult of Luna, the long-running Swedish post-metal band built on sprawling, atmospheric heaviness, a formula that by album ten should feel exhausted and somehow still doesn't. Joe Duplantier of Gojira sings on "Sadness Will Reign" and David Eugene Edwards of 16 Horsepower and Wovenhand turns up on "One More Day," two guests pulled from opposite corners of heavy music. It comes out on the band's own Red Creek Recordings, fitting for a group that's spent this long earning its name in the post-metal underground.
