Cuddling Monsters Vol. 3 12"

Cuddling Monsters Vol. 3 is three tracks, "Bubble Bloom," "Warm Waves" and "Secret Signal," on the small electronic label Mask, with no biographical information on the artist turning up anywhere searched. Whatever case gets made for this one has to come from the tracks themselves, since there's no story to fall back on.
