Odd Fellows Rest 2LP

Odd Fellows Rest marked a lineup shift for Crowbar, the first record cut with guitarist Sammy Duet, also of Acid Bath and Goatwhore, and the last with drummer Jimmy Bower, who also played in Eyehategod. Frontman Kirk Windstein has said this is the album where the band threw out its old rulebook for something more melodic, and Decibel backed that read by inducting it into its Hall of Fame in 2017. "Planets Collide" became a fixture of Crowbar's live sets, the one track off this New Orleans sludge metal record that never left the setlist.
