Rompe Paga LP

Blanco Teta are a four-piece from Argentina, Violeta Garcia, Carola Zelaschi, Josefina Barreix and Carlos Quebrada, operating as a self-managed, transfeminist collective since 2017 under a self-described latinx experimental grrrl noise-punk banner. Rompe Paga is their debut full-length, released through the Swiss label Les Disques Bongo Joe and built from improvised, collectively composed sessions that move between hyperpop, thrash-punk and noise rather than settling on one. The record leans on that same DIY, activist process as much as on any single genre.
