Straight from Wax Trax!, this award winning documentary traces the timeline from humble beginnings of the Denver record store through the Chicago storefront that became the center of underground electronic music with its label known as Wax Trax! Records.
The compilation consists of the group's first two extended plays, Minor Threat (originally released June 1981) and In My Eyes (originally released December 1981).
For its fourth studio album, Fugazi began to move into more experimental styles of music, including noise punk, psychedelia, and dub. Fugazi opted to retreat from the in-your-face production values of In on the Kill Taker.
Side A of this LP is comprised of five songs from one of their first recording sessions together. Side B consists of four tracks that were originally released as their first 7-inch release, the It Was Arson EP, a split release by Sammich/Dischord Records
