About Zero 7

Zero 7 formed in London, England in 1997, founded by Henry Binns and Sam Hardaker, who met working as studio engineers. They became one of the defining acts of the British downtempo and chillout movement, known for collaborating with a rotating cast of vocalists, most notably helping launch the career of Sia, who sang on several of their early recordings. Their debut album earned a Mercury Prize nomination.
