Hermanos Gutiérrez (Spanish for Gutiérrez brothers) formed in Zurich, Switzerland in 2015 around brothers Estevan and Alejandro Gutiérrez. Their parents are Ecuadorian (mother) and Swiss (father), and their work draws extensively on the brothers' biracial Latin American heritage. They signed with Dan Auerbach's Easy Eye Sound (a Nashville-based label associated with the Black Keys frontman) for El Bueno y el Malo (2022), which expanded their international audience.
