The project has released multiple albums through Superior Viaduct, W.25th, and self-released formats, with extensive cassette and CD-R release runs alongside official LP pressings. The 2024 self-released double album Diamond Jubilee became a critical phenomenon, appearing on numerous year-end best-of lists despite an unconventional distribution model that initially launched the album as a free Geocities-style website download.
Cindy Lee's sound combines lo-fi indie, dream pop, drone, slowcore, and noise pop with Flegel's androgynous vocal delivery and heavily processed production drawing on 1950s and 1960s American pop reference points alongside contemporary experimental music.
