For Edo and Insight, creating this album meant more than just producing boom-bap sounds or tight lyricism. It was about bringing everything to the table, including next-level lyricism. Insight explains that the focus of the project was on punchy drums, bass, attractive melodies, and delivering a realistic life message and story from black men in a slowly changing world.
